The Theobald Smith Society Spring 2023 Symposium was held Friday, 19 May 2023 at Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ.  

 

The program featured the 2023 Waksman Lecture presentation "Bugs to Drugs: From Bacterial Cell Biology to Novel Antibiotics" by Zemer Gitai, the Edwin Grant Conklin Professor in the Department of Molecular Biology at Princeton University.
